We offer free delivery to Waukee, IA and anywhere within 20 miles of 50263. If your event takes place outside of those 20 miles, we will include a delivery charge in your quote.

This is how we keep our equipment in wonderful condition for the next guest. When you book a with us, our rules will be listed in the rental agreement. You will also have a "Rules" sign that we provide next to our rentals for all guests to see. A few big ones are: 

• NO shoes
• NO food, drinks, candy, or gum
• NO animals
• NO glitter, confetti, face paint, silly string, slime, or any other products that could potentially cause staining or excessive cleaning. We will not, under any circumstances, set up at events with face paint.
• No climbing on the walls in and out of the bounce houses/water slides or through any open areas.
• Absolutely no moving any big rental equipment (ex. bounce houses, water slides, ball pits, tables) once it has been placed, or anchored/secured by our team.
• Parental supervision is required, we are not responsible for any supervision or any accidents you or your guests may have. If you do not have supervision available and would like one of our staff members to supervise your guests, please let us know and we can check our availability to make arrangements. 
• We must be notified of any sprinklers or irrigation before a setup is done. We use steel stakes for our equipment and don't want to damage anything. We are also not responsible for any irrigation line damage if not notified prior to setup. 

Our equipment must be set up on flat ground for safety reasons such as grass, turf, concrete, and indoor flooring. We will not set up any of our equipment on gravel, stone or hills for your safety and the safety of our equipment.

All of our equipment is cleaned after each event with commercial grade nontoxic products and ready for the next customer. All the slides are power washed after each event.

We prefer to deliver everything the morning of your event. The earlier the better as we have several setups, especially on weekends. This will also depend on the event, and the product or setup you reserve. We try to be as accommodating as we can. Your setup and take down is included in your rental price. 

Yes. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit. That deposit will go towards your total price once we arrive for setup. If you must cancel for any reason, we will try to reschedule depending on the situation, however if we cannot come to an agreement, the deposit is not refundable. 

To ensure the safety of everyone, and our equipment, we will not setup if it's raining, or winds over 25mph.  Since weather is unpredictable, if you have a rental and the rain starts, or winds hit close to the 25mph mark you must turn off the inflatables immediately.  We will also notify you on the plan for the day due to weather conditions.
